In order to regain what was lost in Eden, God gave marriage a distinct purpose. The purpose of marriage is to be a visual example for the world of God’s love for the Church. Before we get married, we need to come to grips with how much God loves the Church and what he did to prove his love for the Church, so we can imitate it.
